(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: To be free from corporal or unusual punishment... but not limited to: interference with functions of daily living including eating, sleeping or toileting.... This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 The site supervisor stated the director will be checking the daily diaper logs for completion and will additionally follow up with the teachers to ensure toileting needs are being met. Based on observations and record review the center did not comply with the section cited above as (2) children's toileting needs were not being met which posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8
