Based on observation and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed an unlocked cub bard that is at child’s level that had Clorox chemicals in a plastic bag in the front of the cub bard which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on facility Lead sampling tests it was discovered that Outlets E and H had high level of lead. This poses a potential risk to the health of children in care. 8 licensing department on 10/24/22.
