Supervision shall include visual observation. 1 During visit, LPA was informed: a staff meeting was held on 03/10/26 to review incident and develop best practices for active supervision and included video training: "Supervising Children in Child Care Centers’. This posed an immediate health/safety and personal rights risk to children in care. A civil penalty has been issued in the amount of $500.00. 8 acknowledgment for all staff that attended the training.
