1(A) There shall be a ratio of one teacher for every four infants in attendance. (1) An aide may be substituted for a teacher when all of the following conditions are met: (A) There is a fully qualified teacher directly supervising no more than 12 infants; and 1 POC: By 4/24/23, Director shall submit written to ensure ratio of one teacher for every four infants in attendance. This requirement was not met based upon observation the toddler 2 classroom had 13 children. This poses a potential safety risk to children in care. 8 Repeat violations are $250 and if not corrected $100 a day.
