Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in staff use the children's restroom, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Per administrator a faculty meeting will be conducted to review the policy and procedures of nap time routines. A copy of the agenda, sign in sheet, and written procedures will be submitted to LPA by
disclosures made during punitive nature including but not limited to: interviews. On 03/08/23, S1 grabbed C1’s face and shook it due to the child biting. This was a violation of the child’s personal rights. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
