This requirement was not met evidence by: 1 On 01/24/2025, the director submitted a commingling to the LPA. The request is awaiting approval. In the meantime, the director stated she will ensure the facility have staffing to accommodating the infants in care. Based on interviews and file review, the facility allowed pre-school children to commingle with infants without an approved commingling waiver. This poses a potential risk to the children in care. 8
