Based on interviews, observation, and record review, it was confirmed that C1 was left unsupervised on the playground for approximately 54 minutes, which poses an immediate health, safety and or personal rights risk to children in care. 8 The Site Supervisor immediately implemented a training for all staff to incorporate counting at transitions and songs to keep children engaged. Proof of training was provided to LPA.
