Supervision shall include visual observation. 1 By close of business on 7/23/2025 Director will send LPA a written statement explaining how facility will remain in compliance and provide supervision to children in care. Director also stated that she will hold a staff meeting regarding supervision and mandated reporting on 7/25/2025. Failure to correct will result in $100 per day civil penalties until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.
