This evidence was not met by: 1 DIrector will go over safe sleep regulations with staff and have them sign document and email to LPA. Based on LPA observations:At 1:00PM LPA inspected Infant classroom and observed 1 infant asleep on a large pillow on the classroom floor. LPA informed staff that infant needs to sleep in a crib and S1 picked up infant and placed them in a crib. 8
