This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 The facility tested its drinking water for lead on 1/31/2023, and there are no exceedances in the water. Results were posted to the lead sampling portal on 2/15/2023. This deficiency shall be cited and cleared on the same day of the visit, 06/21/2024. Based upon record review, the facility did not comply with the above by not conducting lead testing until 1/31/2023, which posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8
