Based on LPA's staff interviews and observations it was determined that the facility offers care to children beyond 1 The director stated that they will change the facility's procedures to incorporate a nap period and add nap equipment to return the facility to compliance. Proof of this policy change and equipment addition will be submitted to LPA via email by 8/25/22. LPA provided director with copies of Title 22 Regulations: Activities, Nap Equipment, a half day program and does not offer a designated nap period or have nap equipment like cots/mats, bedding for children to nap on. This presents a potential threat to the children's health and safety. 8 and Furniture/Fixtures for reference on these changes.
