Testing results with fractional ppb readings of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number...(1) A result with values of 5.5 or greater shall be deemed and Action Level Exceedance This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Per director, the water outlets for the drinking fountain and the faucet in room 1 have been replaced and retested. Showing no action level exceedances. Retest documents obtained. POC letter provided on this date. Based on interview and record review, Licensee did not ensure that water outlets accessible to children did not have lead exceedances in Room 1. This posed a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care. 8
