(1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. This requirement is not me at evidenced by 1 Point- of use- filters were installed on faucets mentioned above- all faucets were re-tested on 06/13/2023- the facility has results showing no exeedance. (SWRCB), Division of Drinking Water (DDW) on 7/15/2024 still show a lead exeedance. Facility will follow up with lab- LPA will follow up with water board. Based on ispection, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as that Sink faucet A and C tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE) of 6.100 and 6.500 ppb. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care 8
Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Department has not received Water Lead Testing and LPA did not observed results posted in the facility which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
