Original fixture “C" is located in bathroom in #2 and retested fixture ‘C’ is in bathroom #1 and are no longer being used. LPAs observed bathroom sinks to be wrapped in red tape for non use and a sign indicating do not use sinks. POC will be cleared today 04/16/2025. Facility retested faucets and new results were uploaded to lead water database, Results indicated fixture “C” had exceedance levels of 8.4ppb.
Based on results received from the certified water samplers, the facility exceeded 5.5 ppb of lead in their water source. Once recieved, the facility took immediate and proper actions to remediate the fixtures. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
