Based on water testing results and interviews, facility tested over the Action Level Exceedance level at 5 water outlets. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. 8 Children bring water bottles to school and the facility has a filtration system cooler to provide refills. All staff have been informed not to use the faucets for drinking water or food preparation. Facility has cleared citation deficit by site inspection on 9/16/22.
