... 1 Director stated that immediate correction is that staff member (S1) has been moved from lead teacher to floater teacher. And will not be alone with children. All staff will undergo health and safety training including personal rights and supervisor of children. Based upon interviews conducted with staff. It is determined that staff member (S1) handled a child in a rough manner which is an immediate health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care. 8 Director stated that she will provide training material and a copy of sign in sheet via email to Annette.Sutherland@dss.ca.gov by 8/17/23. Director will also include ensure upon initial instances of violation to immediately report to licensing , parents, and take action.
