Facility conducted water lead testing and had two (2) outlets exceeded the action level exceedance per regulations. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care Facility has until 10/23/2022 to make an appointment to have the outlet tested again and/or notify CCL if they cannot meet the POC deadline.
