Based on self reported unusual incident and detail information collected during visit, staff did not see child left the classroom. Child was later found in the playground with child's mother. 8 This deficiency is considered corrected and cleared as of today.

(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement is not met: 1 Principal will discuss with classroom teachers regarding childdren's supervision. Based on interviews of all parties involved. 8 Principal will submit sign documentation regarding discussion to CCL by 02/27/2023.
