Based on record review, the facility had one faucet(s) with lead test results at or exceeding 5.5 ppb of lead in the water. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 1 The site supervisor made the faucet temporarily inaccessible by taping a bag on the faucet. Facility management plans to permanently remove the faucet or replace the faucet and retest. Photos of the removed or replaced faucet will be sent by 11/16/22.
