Director will have all staff under the preschool license (8 teachers and 2 aids) complete the following training courses, consisting of 24 hours, and will provide LPA with certificates of completion. The courses will be Health and Safety, The Three Rs of Early Childhood and Trauma Informed Care. On November 28, 2022, a child in care suffered an injury requiring medical attention after Staff #1 pulled on the child’s arm. This poses and immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8 Staff #1 and Staff #2 will complete the trainings within one week, and the remaining staff will have 30 days to complete the trainings.
