This requirement is not me as evidence by: 1 Principal agreess to submit an agenda of training materials reviewed with staff via email. Prinicpal agrees to ensure children are supervised at all times including, visual supervision. Based on interview and record review, C1 was in the small yard without visual supervision from a staff member. C1 was without visual supervision by a facility staff, which posed an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care. 8
