Based on LPAs interviews staff engaged inappropriate interactions with children in care. 1 The Director shall conduct a training on appropriate interactions between staff and children. Director shall provide LPA with a copy of the agenda and sign in sheet by the date listed. This poses an potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8
(d) Upon the occurrence, during the operation of the child care center of any of the events specified in (d)(1) below, a report shall be made to the Department by telephone or fax within the Department's next working day and during its normal business hours.
