Child Day Care Facilities, Licenses. No person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation shall operate, establish, manage, conduct, or maintain a child day care facility in this state without a current valid license, therefore as provided in this act. 1 The provider stated that child care will not be provided until a CCC license is obtained. This requirement is not met by evidence by: The provider stated during the week of 4/4-4/8, that they have provided care for three infants and one preschool child. LPA also observed and photographed the daily sign in sheet which confirmed the provider's statement. This poses a potential health and safety risk to the children in care. 8
