Based on confidential interviews and record review, S1 provided unusual punishment when S1 grabbed C1 by the hand 1 Per Assistant Director, S1 was terminated on the same day of the incident. On 9/13/2021, the Administrator conducted a meeting regarding children's behaviors, issues in classroom, and to always treat children with respect. Administrator will provide documentation to CCL by 9/30/2021 regarding the 9/13/2021 meeting. and pulled C1 around a table of C1 peers. S1 responded in this manner due to C1 hitting another child with a toy. This posses an immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
