Licensee stated how she is going to correct the deficiency by disenrolling children from the Child care Center effective today and enroll in family child care home and abide with the terms and conditions of the license. During today’s visit, LPA toured the facility and observed 4 children 7 years old in care with the preschool children. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.

However, the center does not have IMS plan for each child. The licensee said she did not know she needs the plan for medications, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
