Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as drinking faucet (water source B) in YMCA room 705 used for drinking and/or food preparation tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE), which may pose a Health and Safety risk to children in care. 8 Director stated that no children have access to the identified fauces. Director stated that parents will be notified of the lead exceedances via email/letter/telephone call. Director stateed the POC will be provided to the San Diego Regional Office no later than 01/06/2023.
