Based on information obtained during this investigation, the facility failed to implement the written directives provided by the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health to decrease the spread of gastrointestinal illnesses. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. 8 products in quantities to meet the increase frequency of environmental cleaning in areas including bathrooms, kitchens, faucets, door handles, walls, and outside equipment. Staff will document cleaning/disinfectant times in logs. Facility will also will seek professional deep cleaning services for classrooms and kitchen.
