Based on the LPA's discussion with facility director and documents provided, the facility had a pilot light out which gave a gas odor within the facility which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 LPA also discussed with Director to submit an unusual incident report regarding this matter. LPA suggested to the director to create the daily check log of the stove pilot light. Deficiency cited today will be cleared.
