Facility stated that faucet F located in the kitchen is not being used to prepare food. Faucet F is also replaced with a new faucet on 4/14/23. A copy of the work order was provided to the LPA on 05/01/23 Lab report analysis water from outlet F (6.02 ppb) taken on 03/29/2023 indicated levels of lead in exceedance. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8 Administration is currently flushing faucet F 4x daily and will submit resampling results to LPA through email. Please refer to the 101704 Lead Action Level Exceedance Response Requirements PIN provided today.
