101230 Activities (b) All children shall be given the opportunity to nap or rest without distraction or disturbance from other activities at the center. This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 Director will email LPA a copy of a plan of how center will implement nap time for children in care who need it by 1/17/2025. Based on records reveiw and interviews. 4 (four) staff stated children do not nap at the center,LPA reviewed Brightwheel sign in and out sheets showing some children in attendance between 5-6 hours as this pose a potential risk to the health of the children in care.
