Teachers shall visually observe aides whenever aides are working with infants, The above regulation was not met as evidence by... According to documents collected and interviews that were conducted, C1 and C2 were playing in the ourside play yard. 1 CCC staff will sign a new memo regarding instuctions on how staff will proceed to make sure care and supervsion of infants is kept at all times. S1 and S2 were outside with C1 and C2. When S1 stepped away to speak with a parent during pick up time, C1 bit C2 on the leg. The bite C2 received broke the skin and blood was observed. 8
