Based on interviews and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as staff force fed an infant in care, which poses an potential health, safety, and/or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 Based on the documentation LPA obtained during today's inspection, LPA determined this may be an isolated incident involving the terminated staff. This deficiency will be been cleared at the end of today's inspection.

Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as one (1) child was left unattended in the toddler play yard, which poses an immediate health, safety, and/or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 During today's inspection, LPA reveiwed the Performance Improvement Plans for the teachers involved and determined it is sufficient to clear the deficiency.
