LPA observed classroom Caterpillar has 20 preschool children with 1 teacher and 2 aides, 1 Plan of Correction is required to submit to the office in written indicating methods and procedures implemented to ensure the facility stays in compliance with Tittle 22, Teacher-Child Ratio as well as a staff meeting/training to be conducted focusing on Teacher-Child Ratio for all staff along with their signatures of attendance to ensure this will not occur going forward. and classroom Ladybug has 23 preschool children with 1 teacher and 1 aide. This poses an immediately safety & health risk to children in care. 8 According to AB 633, all parents of children currently enrolled and any future children being enrolled for the next 12 months must be provided with this report which contains this type A deficiency.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above that a new hire teacher does not has the mandated reporter taining certification which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
