(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time. except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1)... 1 Facility representative stated that facility had a staff meeting, and teacher's updated supervision policies and best practices written documentation was provided. POC cleared at time of visit. and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not met evidenced by interviews and records review. C1-C2 were left unattended for approximately 5-10 minutes during transition which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care. 8
