(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. (2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This evidence was not by: 1 Site Supervisor will conduct a personal rights training with all the staff. Staff handled child in an inappropriate manner poses a potentail health and safety risks to chidlren in care. 8 Submit the agenda of the meeting and the sign in sheet to the department by 08/18/2026.

This evidence is not met by: 1 Staff must have a designated areas for their supplies or things that children are not allow to touch. Based on staff interview and LPA's observation, there was a toy basket in the play areas. 8 Administrator will show the desginated storage to LPA by 08/18/2026.
