This requirement is not met evidenced by: 1 Director stated Staff #1 was immediately sent home on 09/23/2024 and will not be allowed back to the facility until Staff #1 has received criminal record clearance or exemption. Based on interview and record reviews, Director confirmed Staff #1 worked at facility from 09/04/24-09/23/24 and records showed that Staff #1 has not received criminal record clearances or an exemtion, which posed an immediate risk to the health, safety and personal rights of the children in care. 8
