(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Licensee will submit a written plan to CCLD (shane.loftus@dss.ca.gov) explaining what policies and procedures the CCC will implement/has implemented to ensure this deficiency will not be repeated. LIcensee will submit the written plan by 03/24/2026. Based on records review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that C1 was left unattended outside the CCC's auditorium for approximately 1-2 minutes. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA notes this is a repeat violation within 12 months. CCC assesed a civil penalty of $250 per H&S 1548(2)(A). 8
