Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure Silva Panchani who worked 8/13/24 & 8/14/24 did not have background clearance which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. A civil penalty of $200 has been assessed. 8
(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement is not met by evidence by: 1 Licensee will purchase extra pull ups and notify the parent immediately that the child needs bigger pull ups and or pants. Licensee will purchase extra pull ups by 8/19/24. Based on interviews the licensee did not ensure C1 did not have poop up and down his leg and up his back which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
