The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. The director stated the licensee will e-mail a detailed plan to ensure staff provide adequate supervision to children at all times. Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

Upon the occurrence, during the operation of the child care center of any of the events specified in (d)(1) below, a report shall be made to the Department. D. Any suspected physical or psychological abuse of any child. 1 The licensee stated she will retake the mandated reporter training and provide a copy of her certificate. The licensee will l provide training on reporting requirements. The licensee stated she will submit training notes and staff sign in sheet. Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in reporting one incident which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. 8
