Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The instructor for the Webby Dance Company, Ashley Kim, was allowed to be unsupervised by qualified facility staff during sessions provided to children in care. Ashley Kim is not employed by the facility and does not have a facility file to verify if they are qualified to supervise children without a staff member and although they have a criminal record clearance, they are not associated to the facility which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation, record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above.The instructor for the Webby Dance Company, Ashley Kim, was present during today's inspection conducting a session with children while unsupervised by a qualified staff. Per Director, Ashley Kim has been providing dance services for 3 years. Ashley Kim has a criminal record clearance but the clearance was not transfered to the license prior to conducting dance sessions which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

There was no proof of required immunization against influenza, pertussis, and measles available at the facility for Adult 1-Ashley Kim from Webby Dance Company which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
