To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement has not been met by evidence: LPA observed that the Preschool rooms did not have Soap for staff to use. This is an potential risk to the children in care. 1 Facility will correct the issue by POC date 7/31/26. LPA will return to clear the citation.
a changing pad in the preschool classroom that was off colored due to cleaning products being used. 1 Director, Emily, threw out the changing pad and replaced it with a new one at the time of the inspection. Citation was cleared on cite.
Broken equipment such as bikes were removed from the playground for children to use. The facility is working on replenshing the equipment. a few bike seats were broken or cracked and peddles missing leave the metal exposed which is a potential risk of the children in care.
On 1/5/22, C1 was left in a wet/soiled diaper for several hours. This is an immediate health and safety risk to children in care if not corrected. 8 Owner Emily will submit an agenda of the training and staff signatures of those who attended. This shall be done by 3/16/22.
