This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 Director stated children are able to be given water at any times. Director stated there may be a minunderstanding with staff. This topic will be brought up in the December staff meeting and a copy of the agenda with staff sign in will be provided to LPA. Based on staff interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. It has been determined staff does not ensure children have adequate access to drinking water. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8
