This poses an potential health and safety risk to children in care. 1 Director shall conduct a training with the staff and provide the LPA with a copy of the topics covered in the training and a sign in/out sheet. Based on LPAs interviews with the Director and staff, the facility did not prevent children in care from being bitten. 8
