This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care. Licensee to email receipt to LPA by 06/15/2023, end of business day. with jagged edges. The licensee failed to ensure furniture are safe and in good repair at all times. This poses a possible risk to the health and safety of children in care. Director removed chairs that are not age appropriate from infant center in the presence of LPA during today's visit.
