The licensee did not meet the regulation: The director stated she will ensure there is enough supply of pages to document the safe sleep. The director stated that now that she is aware documentation can be done in any page she will ensure the staff document the logs as required. The director will send a copy of logs worht two weeks by 5/17/24. Based on interviews conducted and records review, the licensee did not meet the regulation above in 1 of 3 infants present, which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of infants in care. Staff 4 did not document the 15-minute safe sleep check for C1 infants present 8
