Based on interviews and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a day care child was left unsurpervised on the playground for an unknown amount of time which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 & the new policy. Facility Rep stated all staff have index cards that show the allergies of the children in the CCC. Facility Rep submitted a staff sign in sheet and meeting agenda of the Epi-Pen and Allergy Training at the time of inspection.
