101223(a)(2) Personal Rights (a) The licensee shall ... personal rights: (2) To be accorded safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations, furnishings, and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement was not met evidence by: Director stated S3 is no longer working at the facility, the facility have hired a new driver, and haven't had any issues with picking the children up. Based on interviews conducted by LPA, it was determined that the facility staff are not arriving in a timely manner to pick day-care children up. This is a potential Health and Safety risk to the children in care. 8
