Child Care Center has taken the following actions: Shutoff and labeled the four (4) outlets, notified parents of the water testing results, and are reviewing options to correct the ALE. CCC conducted water lead testing and four (4) water outlets exceeded the action level exceedance per regulations. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
