Based on observation, there were several small rocks with pointy edges on the perimeter of the main playground and a larger rock in the grassy area with the same charachteristics. The pig enclosure contains a large water bowl and has climbable fencing under 5'. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

Health and Safety Code. Commencing September 1, 2016, a person shall not be employed or volunteer at a...child care center... if he or she has not been immunized against influenza, pertussis, and measles or qualifies for an exemption. This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 Director states that she was unaware that staff who had had measles as a child were required to have proof of immunity and will ensure both staff have their vaccination information on file by the plan of correction date of 9/27/21 and she will send proof to Licensing as verification of correction. Based on file review, Staff #1 and #2 did not have evidence of a Measles vaccination on file. This is a potential hazard to the health and safety of children in care. 8
