LPA and Office Services Supervisor observed that the medications of two children (C1 & C2) were not in their original containers and a child's medication (C3) was expired.

LPA and Office Services Supervisor observed that Staff (S1) is used as a teacher, however based on review of their transcripts, S1 is missing Child Development and Child/Family/Community classes.
